Victoria Cruce Hollar, M.S., CCC-SLP, is the National Director of Clinical Services for Halcyon Rehabilitation. She is an ASHA-certified and State of Florida-licensed speech-language pathologist, and enjoys consulting work for various companies needing education in speech-language pathology and the interdisciplinary fields. Tori is currently serving on the AHCA/NASL Therapy Outcomes Workgroup and is the Chairperson for the FLASHA “ACTion” Advocacy Coalition Team. She is an Expert Peer Reviewer in the area of dementia for ASHA’s Practice Portal and enjoys serving as a mentor for ASHA’s S.T.E.P. program.
Tori enjoys providing clinical education, documentation auditing, board-approved continuing education, clinical program development, and quality assurance training for PTs, OTs, and SLPs. Tori assists with clinical development and mentoring of Clinical Services staff, Rehab Directors and clinicians in order to improve clinical service delivery and program presence at the facility level. She has gained experience as a presenter and guest speaker in a variety of interdisciplinary professional settings, including FOTA and FLASHA, and enjoys training clinicians face to face.
Before serving in her current roles, Tori gained experience in the SNF setting as a clinician, student supervisor, Director of Rehabilitation, Clinical Extender, and Clinical Educator. She also has experience in the sub-acute and LTAC settings. Tori is a proud graduate of The Florida State University School of Communication Sciences and Disorders.
