Michelle Kravatsky is a certified and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with 20+ years experience. She conducted her undergraduate studies at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa and received her Masters Degree from Nova University. She has spent her career focusing on swallowing across the age continuum from NICU to geriatrics in acute care, rehab and out-patient settings. For the last 6 years she has been an independent contractor with Swallowing Diagnostics, Inc., a mobile provider of modified barium swallow studies in Florida that has performed over 20,000 modified barium swallow studies. In this capacity she has been responsible for conducting modified barium swallow studies, supervising and training other speech language pathologists to perform modified barium swallow studies, implementing standards of performance, marketing and business development. She has presented at FLASHA, skilled nursing facilities and support groups on the topics of dysphagia and modified barium swallow studies.
