    Leslie Blackman, M.ED, MA, CCCSLP

    Leslie is a licensed, certified Speech Language Pathologist with over 20 years of experience managing clinical and educational services in diverse settings. These include medical settings such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health, out-patient clinics and school settings such as public schools, charter and private schools, and schools specializing in developmental disorders. Currently, Leslie is the Vice President of Clinical Operations for Speech Rehab Services, where she uses her expertise from multiple environments to lead a team of over 80 therapists including clinical supervisors and CFY's.

    Leslie has been an advocate for promoting quality Speech Pathology Services throughout her career. She was a member of the Broward County SLP Leadership Academy which focused on developing processes to maximize effectiveness of SLP services in Broward County Public Schools. Additionally, as a member of the SLP Leadership task force, she contributed to the development of a strategic plan for creation of a new service model, effective use of SLP resources, and streamlining district wide operations. She has also participated in the FLASHA Workload Committee collaborating to create a service model in alignment with state and national standards.

    In addition to her SLP Certification, Leslie also has a counseling degree and several years of experience as a Career Transition coach. She has helped many executives and professionals obtain and thrive in careers of their choice.
